Information we collect
When you create a Savoras account, we collect your name, email address, and mobile number. Where an activity requires it, we may also collect information you choose to submit to demonstrate eligibility, such as a transaction reference number, a screenshot of a payment confirmation, or details you enter to complete your profile.
We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your device type, browser, and general usage of the site, to keep it working correctly and securely.
We do not ask for, and you should never share with us, your UPI PIN, one-time passwords, net-banking password, or full card number.
How we use it
- To create and manage your account.
- To determine whether an activity qualifies under an active offer's terms and to credit points accordingly.
- To process redemption requests and deliver rewards.
- To respond to support requests and communicate important account or policy updates.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or activity that breaches our Terms & Conditions.
UPI-related information
Savoras does not process your UPI payments and never has access to your UPI PIN or banking credentials. Where an offer is tied to a UPI transaction, the only information we may request is limited detail needed to confirm eligibility, such as a transaction reference number, amount, or a confirmation you choose to upload. That information is used solely to verify the specific offer and is not used to initiate or control any payment.
When we share information
We share information only where necessary to operate the programme: with service providers who help us run the platform (such as hosting and customer support tools), with a participating merchant or partner where needed to verify or fulfil a specific offer or reward, and where required by law or a valid legal request. We do not sell your personal information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to contact us immediately if you notice unusual activity on your account.
Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as needed to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal and operational requirements, by contacting support@savoras.in. You can also close your account at any time as described in our Terms & Conditions.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use cookies to serve third-party advertising on this site.
Children's use
Savoras is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirement described in our Responsible Rewards & Eligibility page and is not directed at children below that age.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will let registered users know by email or through a notice on this site before the change takes effect.
