Acceptance of terms

By creating a Savoras account or taking part in any offer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Rewards & Eligibility information. If you do not agree, please do not use Savoras.

Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age and residency requirements described in Responsible Rewards & Eligibility, hold a valid Indian bank account or UPI-linked account where relevant to an offer, and provide accurate information when creating your account.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@savoras.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

Savoras Points

• Savoras Points are a loyalty benefit with no cash value, except as redeemable for the specific rewards made available in your account.
• Points cannot be purchased, sold, gifted, or transferred between accounts.
• Points are credited at Savoras' discretion once an activity is verified against the applicable offer's terms.
• Unless an offer states a different period, points expire 365 days after the date they are credited.
• Savoras does not guarantee any minimum number of points, income, or return from use of the programme.

Offers

Each offer has its own eligibility criteria, point value, caps, and validity period, shown at the time the offer is active. Savoras may modify, limit, or withdraw an offer at any time, including before you complete it, and will not credit points for activity that does not meet an offer's terms as they stood when the activity occurred.

Redemption

Redemption is subject to the rules described on our Rewards & Cashback page, including minimum balances, processing times, and available reward categories at the time of redemption. Savoras may decline or delay a redemption request where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms, and will inform you of the reason where legally able to do so.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: create multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; submit false or manipulated transaction evidence; use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with Savoras; or attempt to interfere with the platform's normal operation. Savoras may reverse points, decline redemptions, or close accounts involved in such conduct.

Not a financial institution

Savoras is a rewards and loyalty platform. Savoras is not a bank, non-banking financial company, payment aggregator, payment system provider, or UPI application, does not process, hold, or settle payments, and does not offer credit, loans, or investment products. Nothing on this site should be understood as financial advice or a guarantee of income.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Savoras is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses relating to third-party bank or UPI app outages, or a participating merchant's failure to confirm a transaction. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Suspension & termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support; unredeemed points are forfeited on closure. Savoras may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law, and will where possible provide notice and a reason.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email or through a notice on this site before they take effect. Continued use of Savoras after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
