What Savoras Points are worth, what you can redeem them for, and the rules that apply — set out plainly, with no hidden conditions.
What a Savoras Point is
A Savoras Point is a loyalty unit credited to your account when you complete an activity that matches an active offer's terms. Points have no cash value on their own and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred between accounts. Their value is set only in terms of the specific rewards you can redeem them for inside your account.
No guaranteed value
Savoras does not promise a fixed rupee value per point, a minimum monthly payout, or any guaranteed return. The rewards available for a given number of points can change, and current details always appear in your account before you redeem.
Reward categories
Once you hold enough eligible points, you can typically redeem them for:
Digital gift vouchers
Vouchers issued by participating partners, delivered to your registered email or account once a redemption request is approved.
Merchandise rewards
Selected non-cash items offered from time to time, shown with their point cost and any delivery conditions.
Donation options
Where available, the option to direct your points toward a listed cause instead of a personal reward.
Savoras Points cannot be redeemed for direct bank transfer or cash withdrawal. Available reward categories may change and are always shown with current point costs before you confirm a redemption.
Redemption rules

| Account standing | Your account must be verified and in good standing, with no unresolved eligibility review, at the time you redeem. |
| Taxes | Where applicable under Indian law, redemptions may be subject to tax treatment. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from rewards you receive. |
Expiry of points
Savoras Points remain valid for 365 days from the date they are credited, unless a specific offer states a different validity period at the time points are earned. Points that are not redeemed before their expiry date are removed from your balance automatically, and Savoras does not reinstate expired points except where required by law. Your account shows the expiry date for each batch of points.
How cashback-style offers work
Where an offer is described using the word "cashback," it means a specific number of Savoras Points is credited for a qualifying purchase or payment — it is not a direct refund of money to your bank account or UPI handle. The exact point value, minimum spend, and any caps are stated in that offer's individual terms before you take part.
